when life gives you fat, make muscles!


i've resisted pumping iron for as long as i could. i am fine just doing cardio alone but many sources have told me i have to lift weights in order to lose weight more effectively and to tone up. so i began pumping a couple days ago. i'm more sore than a bad loser because i was supposed to take a day off between lifting but didn't. but here's to breaking down the muscle tissue and making muscle out of fat. when life gives you fat, make muscles!
