a match made in heaven.

so my dog park buddy found several matches on match.com. she went on 2 dates with this one guy who shared that he liked 3-somes and was in a frat in college. they kissed on their 1st and 2nd dates and she said he was 'passionate.' but beyond that, there was no match.

then she went on this date with a late-40 year old who confessed on their date that he was a tad older than he professed on his profile. so that was the buzz kill.

then she went on a date with this other late-40 year old who did the opposite. he made it clear on their first date that he really was an older gentleman who wanted children. she was elated at his honesty. plus he's a commercial real estate agent who knows how to wine and dine a lady. they both are artists. she doesn't know if there's passion there, but there was definitely something to work with. they kissed already and she wasn't sure if he was holding back just to be a gentleman. they will be going on their 3rd date tonight.

she has a couple more dates lined up next week. she's on a roll. a 2nd timer on match.com. plus, she's going on a date with a guy she met at the dog park who's from oregon.

her summer's off to a good start. she of course thanks me for really pushing her to do online dating again, especially now that it's summer time and everyone's lookin for love. it's the summer of love. i used my relationship with D as a fine example of successful online dating.

you're welcome, karen. you may have found your 'match' made in heaven. :)
