i enjoy the franchises of Tapioca Express, esp. this one. i liked the caesar palace-like sky and the kinda French vintage look of this branch. i enjoyed my coconut snow bubble until i had some tummy troubles. d had some troubles with his thai ice tea. it was just a bad tapioca night.
